Finishing my senior year of High School football, I had little to no recruitment due to having my spotlight so late. I decided to take my chances walking on at the University of Texas at San Antonio. That’s when I stumbled across Brandon Kim’s social media and was inspired by his story. I later joined Dreamaversity and was one of the first few members to seek his mentorship. Lost in trying to walk on, Kim gave me insight on how to email the UTSA coaches and improve my highlight tape directly. I later concluded that I would have to try out for the team during the Spring of 2025. After having multiple online calls and sessions, I was given mentorship on certain workouts and techniques to prepare me for my tryouts. Tryout day came, and through God’s will, I made the team. I was just a kid with a dream, and Kim helped me focus on my vision.

Working with Coach Brandon and Coach Shae not only strengthened my football ability and knowledge but my confidence from a recruiting perspective and football perspective.

Their extensive knowledge and experience gave me an understanding of how Division 1 football works and the steps you have to take to get there. Brandon and Shae first started off with the basic football fundamentals then leading into drills, workouts and 24/7 communication. Brandon and Shae sharpened my football skills and made me a smarter player. Shae gave me advice about recruiting and my "why".
